How does this work?
Initial Contact
Place a phone call, text, or send an online inquiry to notify us that you need help.
Consultation
Whether you’re represented by an attorney or not, we will need to discuss the details of the case with you to get a better understanding of everything. This step also includes you answering some questions we have - all information is confidential (even if we don’t move forward) and will help us later in the case.
Paperwork/Retainer
If we come to the agreement that Trail Investigations, LLC can help you a contract will be signed before any work is completed on our end and a retainer will be required.
Pre-Surveillance/pre-Investigation
There’s quite a bit that needs to be checked into before we begin the actual surveillance or investigation. Once the contract and retainer step is complete we will get to work on this part. If something needs to be started ASAP then we will need to know that right away so we can accommodate that.
